Austin Food Review

Hello everybody, I'm here in Austin, Texas about five hours away from home! I'm here to compete in State UIL for Headline Writing. While I was out and about today my friend, MaKenna, and I stopped at a little sandwich shop called Which Wich. Here you can build your own sandwich by marking on a little paper sandwich bag what you want and then putting your name on the bottom. I decided that I was going to get a #5 bag which is the seafood selection. From this bag I selected the Surf & Turf which is crab meat and roast beef; I then chose white bread with swiss cheese, regular mayo and cucumbers. The combination is refreshing and light with a touch of sweetness from the crab meat and a light crunch from the cucumber and a hearty taste in the roast beef. So, if you are ever in Austin and you feel the need for the perfect sandwich on a hot day, just stop in to Which Wich and get this lovely seafood surf and turf sandwich. It's sure to hit you just right!
